My Approach

People are living their lives, doing what comes naturally or what life requires. They don't always recognize the significance of what they've accomplished, the impact they've had on others or the remarkable stories they're creating along the way. Sometimes they don't see the opportunities, the connections or even the problems hiding in plain sight. That's where truly hearing what people communicate, express and demonstrate becomes essential. It reveals the stories worth telling, the opportunities worth pursuing and the challenges that can be solved or streamlined.

Whether I'm working with an organization, a family or an individual, my goal is always the same: to ask better questions, uncover what matters, solve the right problems and leave things better than I found them.
