Reclaiming Mississippi's Forgotten Narratives through the Delta Burial Corporation.
A public humanities initiative funded through a $10,000 America250 Mississippi grant that uses historic funeral home records to reconnect families with their history and preserve stories often missing from traditional archives. You served as project lead and grant writer through Crimson Stories, bringing together community partners around a shared vision of preserving Mississippi's history.
People of Jackson State
Developed and led the People of Jackson State storytelling campaign, strengthening institutional pride, increasing alumni giving by more than 5% and supporting student recruitment through authentic storytelling.
